The 12th Biennial MSPL Conference will be held at the Faculty of Laws, University College London from Tuesday 10 - Thursday 12 April 2018. The scope of the subject-matter of the conference is wide and, as in previous years, will include, for example, land law, the law of trusts, personal property law, property law theory, planning law, and the intersections between property law and other areas both within and beyond law. The keynote address will be delivered by Lady Justice Gloster and a plenary address will be presented by Professor Henry Smith.
